Virtual Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are 30 minutes each via Zoom. Classes include HIIT, aerobics, functional training, flexibility, mobility, and strength training. All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are available for beginner, intermediates, and advanced training. Be ready to use hand weights, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Each class comes with high energy and great music! Don’t forget your water and a towel!
